Refund and Cancellation Policy
 

These terms and conditions constitute the return and refund policy of Prior tactile learning.

Thank you for your purchase. If you are not happy or sure about your purchase, we are here to make it right.

Terms and Conditions for return and refund:

1. The customers have 14 days to check their purchases. 

2. If a customer is unsatisfied with the products, they must return them within 14 days of the purchase. Prior tactile learning will refund the full amount without any questions. 

3. The products must be returned within 14 days under the following conditions:

   1. The condition of the purchase must be the same as it was at the time of purchase;

   2. It must contain all tags;

   3. It must not be damaged;

   4. The customer must bring the purchase receipt.

4. After fourteen days of the purchase or not fulfilling any of the conditions provided in Clause Three Prior tactile learning shall not accept any return, and no money will be refunded.

Fulfilment Policy

Prior Tactile Learning is committed to delivering the highest level of products and make all of our products to order, This can mean that your product can take up 3-4 days from order to be completed.
